We want you to love your Delavit blazer — but in case something doesn’t fit right or there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We offer a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The blazer doesn't fit (size issue)
- The item arrived damaged or defective
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging with all tags intact
Please note: Blazers that appear worn, used, or creased may not be accepted for return.
How to Request a Return
You can initiate a return by one of the following methods:
- Logging into your account on our website
- Emailing us at info@delavit.com
- Sending a WhatsApp message to +91-9833909985
Please include your Order ID when contacting us via email or WhatsApp. This helps us locate your order and assist you quickly.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Our delivery partner will come to your address with a shipping label — no printing needed.
We request all customers to record an unboxing video when opening the package. This helps verify any damage or order issues and speeds up return processing.
Return Fee & Refund Method
A ₹200 return fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be issued as store credit.
We work on low gross margins to keep our prices fair. This small fee helps cover logistics costs, allowing us to offer premium blazers without inflated prices.
Example: For a ₹3,000 order, ₹2,800 will be issued as store credit, and ₹200 will be retained as the return fee.
Store credits:
- Are issued after your return is approved
- Can be used on any future purchase
- Do not expire
Return Approval & Inspection
Refunds will only be processed after:
- We receive the returned product
- Our quality team inspects the item for wear or damage
- The item passes inspection
If approved, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days. If rejected, the product will be returned to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. You can use your store credit to place a new order for a different size or style.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@delavit.com or via WhatsApp at +91-9833909985.
Include the following:
- Your Order ID
- An unboxing video
- Clear photos showing the issue
