We want you to love your Delavit blazer, but if it doesn’t fit right or there's an issue, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 3-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Example: If you receive the product on 14 July, then you can make the request till 17 July 2025.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your blazer. That’s why we offer 1 free size exchange per order and free returns.

If you return your blazer, you’ll get the full amount back to your original payment method (wherever possible). For COD orders, or if a refund to the original method isn’t possible, we’ll request your bank details to process it.

You can return or exchange if:

- The blazer doesn’t fit (size issue)

- The item arrived damaged or defective

- You don’t like the style or fit

To be eligible, the item must be:

 - Unworn and unused

 - In its original packaging with all tags and seals intact

Please note: Blazers that appear worn, used, or creased may not be accepted for return.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

You can initiate a return or exchange by either:

Please include your Name and Order ID when contacting us. This helps us locate your order and assist you quickly.

Once your request is approved, our delivery partner will come to your address with a shipping label — no printing required.

Please record an unboxing video when opening the package. This helps verify any damage or order issues and speeds up return processing.

Return Approval & Inspection

Refunds will only be processed after:

  • We receive the returned product
  • Our quality team inspects the item for wear, damage, or broken tags/seals
  • The item passes inspection

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. If the returned item fails inspection due to signs of use, damage, or missing tags/seals, the refund may be declined.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup from your address. After we receive and inspect the original product, we’ll dispatch the replacement blazer as per your request.

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at:

Include the following:

  • Your Order ID
  • An unboxing video
  • Clear photos showing the issue
